7 Day Meditation Journal


This journal is meant to be used with the Meditation Handbook but can also be used on its own to keep track of your current meditation practice. It provides space for the date, type of meditation you practiced and your results. If you are experimenting with meditation, I encourage you to practice a specific type of meditation for a solid week to get the most benefits from it. This journal can be printed over and over and used for all types of meditation practices.
